Group jumps include pike, toe touches, and hurdlers. Tumble can be front walk overs, back handsprings, and back tucks.
Three stunt groups work together to perform and routine and link to hit the final stunt.
A stunt group does a series of sequences ranging from elevators to heel stretches.
All athletes need to have a valid physical and complete our NHS Family ID once they make the team. Must be complete by 1st day of practice.
